Science World Directions: How To Get There

The most straightforward way to reach Science World is via the SkyTrain system. Visitors can take the Expo Line and disembark at the Main Street–Science World Station, which is adjacent to the venue. From there, it is just a short walk to the entrance. This option is ideal for those staying in downtown Vancouver or nearby neighborhoods.

Additionally, the Aquabus, a small passenger ferry, provides a scenic water route that stops near Science World, connecting False Creek neighborhoods to the science centre.

For guests arriving by car, several parking options are available close to Science World. While the venue itself does not operate a dedicated parking lot, parking can be found in nearby lots and street parking areas.

Public parking garages are situated within a few blocks, including options at the Pacific Central Station and in downtown Vancouver, with hourly rates generally ranging from approximately CAD $3 to $5, depending on the specific lot and duration. Because of limited parking and potential demand, using public transit is often recommended as a convenient alternative.
