Know Before You Go
Tickets: You can purchase tickets online in advance to skip the line and guarantee entry at your preferred time.
Entry: Present your digital ticket upon arrival, there’s no need to print anything. Re-entry on the same day is not permitted once you leave the galleries.
Photography: Non-flash photography is welcome in most areas of the museum for personal use. Tripods and commercial shoots require prior approval.
Bags & Coats: Large bags and backpacks must be checked at the reception desk. A complimentary coat check service is available near the entrance.
Food & Drinks: Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the exhibition galleries. Light snacks and drinks can be enjoyed in designated areas or outdoors in Vanier Park.
Children & Families: The museum is family-friendly, with exhibits suitable for all ages. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Pets: Only certified service animals are allowed inside the museum.
